May 15, 2026"As a local person I have wanted to visit our newest cafe to open in a while. Today we had an unexpected day off together and wanted a nice treat for breakfast. We walked down from the Swan Park area and it was a really nice surprise to see the beautiful quality light and clean local cafe up and open even though we were a little early ( 8.40 am). We were treated by friendly staff who were more than happy for us to sit down and choose our breakfast. My husband chose smoked salmon and poached eggs on sourdough toast and I chose poached eggs on sourdough toast. We had a drink each and had a chance to sit and reflect on our life. The atmosphere was really relaxing and the space was comfortable and impeccably clean. I loved the family feel and will definitely be bringing our family down here very soon. Our food was cooked to perfection ( the poached eggs were soft and runny just how we love them). Nothing negative to say at all. Although it is connected to the beautiful church it is also separate enough to be able to visit whatever denomination you are from. It's a cafe first and foremost. I am sure some people may be reluctant to go into a church but this is separate and easy to enter and not feel intimidated. Please go in and support this beautiful local venture. I will absolutely go again. The staff, the place , the food all top notch and worth a visit."
